How do I return to send partial refund from the create return label page?
I had selected accept return and refund. Then the buyer agree to a partial refund. Now I can't get back to that area.

Once you Accept the return (i.e. due to a flaw @stainlessenginecovers from another thread)
You cannot go back to change your choice, such as to Offer a partial refund. Instead, your buyer has to click CANCEL RETURN to close the return request, and then the seller can issue a partial refund to the transaction.

If you generate the label you should be able to get the option back.
You could try the option already provided label.
It's annoying but eBay takes away the option and then gives it back.
Because of this i generate a return label and then send a partial refund request.
You won't be charged for the generated label if they don't use it.

Interesting, I haven't seen that suggestion before. When you do that, would the return would stay open until ebay closes it for inactivity? (about 21 business days) Trying to think if there are any downfalls to doing it that way.

Thank you! That looks like a remorse return, does it work the same way for a not as described return reason?

That one was a remorse. Yeah.
But I've had it work that way for me for any type of return.
I mean eBay prefers partial refunds they maintain some FVF that way. 🤔
