Unable to cancel return request

When I try to cancel the return request, there is no option available to do so. The seller had offered me a partial refund which I declined. We then agreed on a larger partial refund but now the seller is not able to edit the refund unless I cancel the return request and I can't seem to be able to do that. So what is the problem?

Don't cancel the return request cause you will lose all leverage for a refund. Just return the item for a full refund.

Sounds like your seller wasn't generous enough from the jump, and now wants you to close the Return. Don't do it.
