how to make a new return after you canceled the return.

i started a return and it says that i had cancel the return, when i try to restart the return it just says "A return already exists for this item" and then i click on return details and it says "return stopped" I just want to get my money back for a macbook screen that had worse condition than stated in the description of the item. Please help me.

So you have opened a Return, but you have closed it for some reason? I'm afraid that with eBay, you only get one shot at it... no do-overs, either. Your next remedy will be with PayPal (if that's how you paid), and lastly to your CC.

If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.  If not, contact the payment service you used.

E-Bay Customer Service? Really?

The same thing just happened to me - I needed to change the method of repayment back to me and the only way to do that was to cancel the return and re-do it - that is what we do on Amazon. For a company to have such a policy to cancel the return guarantee for a reason of using up your "one chance" even if you need to correct an error - violates the Uniform Commercial Code regarding returns - Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but - a return policy can not be open for "one try only" - this is going to the California Attorney General's Office via complaint. Besides personally, I am never, ever, ever, ever, ever shopping on E-Bay again. Going to stick to Amazon, where honesty, fairness and good business practices prevail. E-Bay is basically a swap meet - you really take your chances buying anything off of E-Bay - you can't trust the sellers, the products or E-Bay.

I am ordering a Tee shirt off of Amazon imprinted on it "Friends Don't Let Friends Shop on E-Bay".
