I purchased a ring from a seller on Jan. 3 and received it on Jan. 10. I had some problems with the ring and sent the seller a message with photos that showed the problem. It took a while to take care of it because she didn't see the message until I followed it up a week later. She asked for me to return the ring because her husband is her jeweler and they could fix it. I offered to pay for any repairs. She acknowledged receiving the returned ring on Feb 5 and said she would get it back to me ASAP. That was the last I heard from her. I tried resolve my problem through EBAY but they said they couldn't do anything because the window had closed on Feb 9. They sent the seller a message which went unanswered and I sent several messages that have still gone unanswered. No one from EBAY will talk to me and I am upset to be left so untaken care of. It dawned on me today that EBAY says the window closed on my return but I returned it to the seller and they acknowledged receiving it on Feb 4 days before the window closed. Does anyone know how to get EBAY to at least talk to me?
Also, I tried to leave a negative review but the order is not allowing it. This makes me very sad. The seller has only positive reviews and this transaction deserves a negative and other buyers should know about this seller.
Thank you,
Pagnu

Did you start a return through Ebay or just shipped it back to the seller?
You have 30 days from the time of receipt to file for a return.
Since the MBG has expired, contact your payment source and see what they can do.

Did you open an actual return through eBay within 30 days? It sounds like you didn't so you removed eBay from the equation.
You had 60 days to leave feedback
I have over 500,000 transactions on my selling ID

Thank you for your replies. I did not open a return, I was sending it back for promised repairs. What hurts the most is the seller has 100% positive and I can't review her for this fiasco.
Thanks again

Thank you, I will try that. It still bothers me that she gets to remain 100% positive
