The article says "from the drop-down menu" select "send refund".....where is this? I can't find it on the Hub or Orders. I don't want the items back, just refund the money. Thanks.

On your "Seller Hub" page, click on "Orders" (it's just below the word "Hub").
Click on "Paid and shipped"
Find the order which you wish to refund.
Next to "View order details" is a circle with three dots inside -- click on that.
Scan down to "Send refund" and click.
Follow the instructions -- make sure you click the final "Confirm", or the refund won't go through.
