Trying to return a $404 Movado watch because it looks like a $40 watch and box is broken

Seller promised I can return an item and when I tried they ignored me for over 10 days and closed the return without contact me. On top of it, when I asked for ebay's help they told me it's between the seller and me. Very upset and never will use ebay again
