Speak to a live agent

I sent back my return to the seller, but the package showed up in my mailbox today saying "FORWARD TIME EXP  RTN TO SEND"  "FLOW TO MANUAL PROCESSING".  I got the return label on Sat 1/6 after ebay sent to me, as the seller did not and it was picked up on Mon 1/8.  The shipping also shows the package going from me to the seller and back to me.  According to the return details page, ebay still thinks the package is going back to the seller.  I don't see any link to ask ebay to step in even-though the help article says to select "Ask eBay to step in and help" on the return details page.  When I try calling I get an automated chatbot who doesn't know what to do with my problem.  I remember in the past I was able to speak to a live person.  Please help.

Does tracking show it was delivered back to you?

If it does, I wouldn't worry about it, Ebay should refund you.

48 hrs after seller receives, per tracking, you can 'Escalate to Ebay'..even though tracking will NOW show it came back to you..same thing. Wait 3 days and look again.

 I received an email saying the seller received the item, even though it was sent back to me.  Tracking does show it was delivered back to me.

If it shows delivered, you should get your refund soon.

I had to create a case as I still haven't received my refund.
