Invalid return address

I requested a return on an item that I received today and the return shipping address is some sequence of random names, so not a valid address. The return address on the package is some public parking area in Kentucky, so also not a valid return address. I messaged the seller but I don’t expect them to get back to me.

how do I handle this and get my refund and return the item?

If @eswears this is

-- an eBay return label (using the details provided by the seller as their return name and address)

-- or it's a return label uploaded to eBay by the seller for you to download

As long as it gets at least one scan, it doesn't matter if it's never delivered, or if it bounces back to you: You will still get your full refund. No need to contact the seller or eBay, just mail it and wait for your refund.

So this was an item not as described and you have received a prepaid return label from the seller?

Use the label to return the item.
