I started a return on Ebay for a item that I purchased that was not what it was suppose to be.
The seller just sent me their address to return the item and NO actual shipping label but on the Ebay return detail page the tracking vendor is set to 4PX and has a tracking number.
I CAN NOT change this information.
I have sent the product back using USPS and have an actual tracking number
HOW can I change the Ebay Return Detail information.
I tried but it is locked, I clicked on item returned now it actually things the item is in the return phase
This vendor has figured out a way to by pass the Ebay Guarantee program by generating false tracking information.
Is there anything I can do????

You should have contacted eBay when the seller 1. accepted the request, but 2. uploaded just a 4PX tracking number instead of an actual shipping label.
Now leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, or open an account only for contacting eBay, and give eBay your USPS tracking number.
Later @rvalentino when your return is not delivered, contact eBay again on Facebook, to force your refund. eBay considers an attempted return delivery to be the same as Delivered.

I cannot leave a private message on eBay Facebook because I do not have a Facebook account, and at the age of 72 I am not about to create one.
Is there another way to get in touch with eBay about this?

No. The only way right now to reach US eBay employees is Facebook or Twitter. Otherwise, you will just get reps that read from a script, if you reach eBay by chat or a phone callback. You are not opening an account to share recipes or post family photos, but just to head directly to the message area to give eBay your tracking number, then to force your refund.
Your other options are to open a dispute here at PayPal if that's how you paid, or to file a chargeback with your card issuer -- but either option will require that your return tracking number shows Delivered, but that won't happen because your seller will either never pick up your return package, or block any delivery.

You can click on help and contact at the top of the page and ask for ebay to call back or use the chat option. For chat you want to type in Agent so that you are typing to a person, not a bot. I agree with the other poster that customer service on Facebook would be the most help but you can definitely try the other options.

Thanks, will explore all these options.
But I guess I have to wait until the package is actually received by them
Right now they have just faked out the return label part of the app forcing me to have to pay my own return shipping for them sending me the wrong item.
Thanks for your help

"I did not know sellers are supposed to send the buyers a return shipping label." Interesting

I went into the "eBay Money Back Guarantee policy" the vendor is suppose to send you mailing label so the return can be tracked - the form the gets is filled in and locked by the vendor. In my case the vendor not wanting to handle the shipping return filled it in with "4PX and tracking number".
I ordered something and the vendor sent me the wrong thing. I should not have to pay the return shipping.
