Seller say return is not an option when filed inad

He has enabled returns not accepted

Item a tv were shipped with mainly just paper and a box seller say I cannot afford a bad return or its not an option,

He say no and i say just accept it so i can send it

And i ask for the funds to send it back 

He say it was not ok to ask but this is inad

And he say i am zero feedback 

Not really nice seller just ends with regards with 5-6 messages

He say of other thing than return and i am thinking is it partial refund 

I probably wouldn't

Seller now say kind of regret to have tried to ship it to Sweden.

This one ain't know the cost of doing business

Seller now say But be really careful if I autorize a return : if there is one little problem on my tv, like one scratch, one dead pixel, anything on the screen that wasn’t on the photographs of my initial ad and I will declare it as a fault too. You wouldn’t get the money back.

You still are missing the point.  "I am currently managing to provide the right answer to it." 

Answer to what?

You opened a case, right? On November 16th? You need now to ignore any further communications from the seller.  Just let your case time out.  On day #4, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in.

STOP COMMUNICATING WITH THE SELLER.

I am confused with your posts here.

Your title of your post states that your seller said that returning was not an option when you filed an INAD .

You posted that on the 13th. Yet now you say you filed a INAD claim on the 16th.

Why not take everyone's advice here when it was first given to you?

Everyone said ebay will make the seller refund. You do not have to beg the seller.

You repeatedly come back on here saying the selelr will not send a label etc.... you have been told more than once what to do.

If you opened the return request on 11/16 ... then you should see the link to ask eBay to step in on 11/20th or 21st.  As soon as you see it ... then click on it.  eBay may refund you without requiring you to return the item.  

Just forget about the seller.  Let us know what happens after you bring eBay into the claim.  🙂

Ebay has accepted the return in my favour i sent the seller the return item seller is very demand about detail of return i sent receipt i scan qr code at postal

I was kind of hope that no return needed i try with eBay to solve in favour, as seller wasent really friendly as if 1 thing happen to item no refund

No insurance on used goods 

So high risk with glass tube CRT

I update maybe after 2 week as it's being ship back
