HI,
Does anyone know if it is a routine practice for eBay to approve a return due to "just didn't like it"?
That is the exact reason for the return ... "just didn't like it".
The customer had been in possession of the item (short wave radio) for 16 days when the refund request was made and approved. I'm wondering if this a routine reason for issuing refunds?
Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

A number of your recent sales had "Returns accepted", and with that setting, the buyer can return the item for any reason, even if they just changed their mind or didn't like it.

Hi @laychf609
It totally depends on whether the listing allows returns.
If the listing allows returns … then ANY reason the buyer chooses will be accepted.
If the listing doesn’t allow returns … then ONLY ‘item not as described’ reasons are accepted.
[eBay gives buyers 10 reasons to choose from when they open a return request: 5 are considered ‘buyers remorse’; 5 are considered ‘item not as described’.]
