How can Ebay implement the new P&A returns process when we can't sort by condition!??

I have wasted so much time trying to meet the criteria for the new free returns P&A policy.  My main account has over 7000 listings, a mix of new and used items across dozens, if not a hundred categories.

Bulk editing doesn't work (won't save edits). Sorting by category glitches out after the first 50 results and returns "you have no active listings".

I've downloaded editing programs that promise the moon but don't have the ability to go granular on category selection.

I'm now manually selecting listings and editing them a handful at a time.  It's insane.

If anyone is listening out there...This is an absolute failure. You require us to meet a standard but refuse to provide even the simplest of tools that work!

I haven't had any luck with bulk editing either.  thought I had it figured out, but nothing seems to have changed in my listings.   The info did mention that on July 15 Ebay would start "Automatically" updating eligible active listings?    if Ebay doesn't do it on their end, it's going to be a Cluster Flub. I'm guessing there is a high percentage of sellers who haven't seen or paid attention to the  notice.

Thanks for replying.  The statement was definitely odd -

"Starting July 15, you’ll need to update your applicable P&A listings to offer free returns. Going forward you’ll benefit from the 50% subsidized eBay return labels. Additionally, we’ll begin automatically updating eligible P&A listings that are live to reflect this new return policy."

So confusing... Ebay is updating listings automatically, or we need to do it ourselves? The existence of one would seem to negate the other.  I guess we'll just have to start checking listings after 7/15.

Sounds like it should read, "Starting July 15, any applicable new listings you create will need to offer free returns...."

I went in an edited every one of my listings, very time consuming and aggravating.  It would not allow me to bulk edit, as stated by OP.  Again, it says all applicable listing will be automatically updated to meet the new policy, hoping the algorithm they use to do that actually omits listing that do not meet all of the criteria.  I intentionally removed variations that were $10.00 and above.  all of my listings and variations under the P&A category are $9.99 and lower, therefore they should still qualify for NO RETURNS.  the listing I had that could go in another category, I put in the other category, but the bulk editor would not allow you to just change categories, had to actually redo every listing.

any future listings I add to the p&a category $10 and over will basically have doubled in price compared to the past, since my items are not reusable or resalable once they come back.  I do see prices going up in the category because I know if I would do it so shall other.
