I'm requested to return an item by June the 7th. I have actually already shipped the item but it seems to have not arrived to USPS facility yet.
Now Ebay is sending me notifications about not receiving a refund if the item doesn't arrive by June 7 because to them it looks like I still haven't shipped the item back while in fact I did.
I need to tell them that I actually shipped the item but, it may arrive a bit late due to the current situations. I am unable to find a way to contact them. I am afraid that I don't get a refund. It is an expensive item.
I would appreciate any help.
