 I have been using ebay for some time. If I purchased this item on amazon I would have a solution to my non arrival of goods. The staff have not been helpful in trying to resolve my paid order and with no confirmation of product delivery. Looks like my order was not shipped  from the seller. What to do?

There was an 'estimated delivery date' when you purchase this item. Once that date passes, you can open a 'Not Received' case for a full refund.

@stu_gatzzz You have purchased an item on a platform that offers a money back guarantee so you have nothing to worry about. Just follow the procedures for an item not received case once the estimated date of delivery has passed. Go to your purchase history and select the item. Mark it as item not received and follow the prompts. Either the seller will then ship it or you will eventually receive a full refund. There is no need for you to contact anyone at eBay. I understand about the money back guarantee. The seller is not listing any more goods on ebay. More than 30 days went by with no confirmation or tracking number from the seller. Ebay claims that since 30 days has passed I'm SOL.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee has a 30 day limit. If you paid with PayPal, file an item not received claim through their resolution center. If you paid with a credit card then go through them to file a chargeback.

@stu_gatzzz  Well that's because on this platform you didn't follow the procedures for the MBG. You say you understand about the policy but apparently you don't because you allowed the 30 days to lapse. Everything comes with rules and regulations, it's the consumer's responsibility to know and understand that. If you paid via PayPal you can still open an item not received case via that platform. There is a time limit for them as well so hopefully you will get on this and find a resolution to get your money refunded. Best of luck to you....
