The Item made glass. So its not very safe.

This is not eBay customer service. This is a forum for eBay buyers and sellers. No one here works for eBay.

Are you returning something that was not as described/ damaged in shipping or is this just a changed your mind sort of return.

Depending on what type of return it is decides on who pays the return shipping.  

A little more info would be needed to give you correct information.

You go to your purchases page, find the item & under more actions, return this item. It forces the seller to respond & this is the official policy to create return requests - I assume "Not as described"? It's in China so no label can be provided. You will need to package it up & go to a carrier to get a shipping quote. Package it in preparation for the return address. When you do, get a quote & provide that amount to seller. They will need to provide the funds up front to ship. If they refuse the funds, ebay typically sides with you, refunds you & you keep the item.
