Hello

I received an item that was not the same as provided in the listing. The seller excepted my request to return the item for a refund but provided a separate UPS label other than the one provided by EBAY. I returned the item using the label. Upon checking the status of the return i see that the seller address provided on the shipping label is invalid and that seller has moved. According to UPS the package will not be returned to me but discarded.

How do I get my money back for this item ??

You messed up when you used a different label then the one eBay provided you with.

If the item comes back to you and you still have access to the label that eBay provided you with then send it back with that label.

If not then you screwed up but will maybe get the item back but not a refund.


Ooops just checked the tracking number better and it shows this:

The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines.


Guess you are out the money for sending it with a different label then the eBay provided one.

If the seller sent the label through ebay, you should be able to appeal by showing that you used the label provided by the seller. 

According to tracking, it appears that the delivery address is vacant.

That may or may not work or eBay may wonder why they didn't use the eBay provided label
