Return of Purchase

I have purchased and item and once it arrived I refused it. It was incorrect. Problem is that I purchased it as a guest and can not seem to get anywhere  it was over 1800.00.

How can I contact the seller. Paid for item through PayPal.

eBay considers Refused is the same as delivered, likely even without a signature for $750 and over, and you'll lose a claim at eBay.

Instead, use the "I refused delivery" reason to file a dispute here at PayPal, then wait up to 5 days for your refund.

Refusing the item is about the worst thing you can do here... as the other poster stated, ebay counts that as delivered.  You need to proceed with paypal, as far as ebay is concerned, it's case closed.

Oh no yeah you have a problem on your hands. You should have accepted the package not refused it. Then filed a return case. This could be a very expensive lesson learned.

Return of Purchase

Did you not get a eMail notice of the purchase?

Maybe you can find it if you search completed listings.  What did you purchase?  Maybe you will be lucky and there will not be too many similiar items listed as completed and you will be able to find it.

Refusal of the item carries special meaning on ebay. ebay considers it as successfully delivered to the address on file. The issue was on the buyers side not updating information. To go further, the seller does not have a requirement to issue a refund should the item return to them in this instance. A good seller will refund in some manner - either in full or minus shipping costs - selling fees etc.

Always accept delivery & request a return. It's how the money back guarantee works.
