I bought an item from a seller , and they told me to talk on another social media, so we did. They said that the arrive date is not the actual date and that whenever the customer is online they can do the delivery instantly, so I bought the item, but they told me that “you weren’t supposed to buy this from eBay” despite it being in the marketplace. They wanted me to buy another item from them since “it charges them for a return”, so I did, but they said I bought the wrong item. They told me that I should buy this new item they put on marketplace, and my card is insufficient to buy it, so I asked if they could refund any of the 2 items. They said no.
1st item costed me 105 aud
2nd costed me 42 aud.

Hmm. I have no idea what the problem could be. I think I saw somewhere that it is against eBay policy for sellers to use eBay to get buyers and then take the actual sale off eBay. Sellers can permanently lose their eBay accounts and buyers lose their eBay protections (for off-eBay transactions). 🙄

As soon as you took the transactions away from eBay, you lost your eBay guarantee.
You probably wish you hadn't done everything the seller scammer told you to do.
However, if you paid by credit card, you should have protections from your credit card.

You bought the first item on eBay, and the seller said you weren't supposed to buy this from eBay.
Nope, that is incorrect. You are supposed to buy it on eBay where you have buyer protection if you don't receive it.
