I purchased a new phone from top choice and parts and when I received my new phone it had been used and had a lot of dirt in the charging port, so I opened a return and sent it back for a replacement. After they sent a new replacement I turned the phone on and it would not go into setup mode. The Bluetooth would not work and if I made a call people could not hear me so I reached back out to top choice imports and they said they would send me another phone that was new. Since then they have not contacted me back or sent a replacement for the non-working phone and I cannot open another return and I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated thank you

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you should never accept a replacement because what if the replacement doesn't work either? What if your buyer protection expires while you wait for it, or wait for still another replacement?? You accepted having it replaced as a resolution! Your seller is ignoring you now because your MBG has probably expired. If you can't ask eBay to step in then go to PayPal and file a dispute or file a chargeback with your credit card co.

Fab is precisely on the point, you've been played by a Seller who knows the eBay rules and apparently passing on defective products
It happens and you're running out of time
Call eBay, let the rep know of your story, ask for options

I don't know where you are but if you are in U S
Open an eBay page
Top left corner, click on 'help & contact'
Click on 'buying'
Bottom of the page, left side, Click on 'returns and refunds'
Click on top of the page 'return an item for a refund '
Go to bottom right of the page, in very small print click on ' have us call you'
eBay will call you in 2-9 minutes
