Hi,
I'm business seller and i would like to change my return policy from: Returns are accepted to Returns are not accepted, please advice how to do this , any help will be highly appreciated, thanks Zana Graff.

Right after entering the shipping information you will see preferences when setting up your listing. You change it there.

You can do that, but that doesn't mean no refunds. Read the eBay MBG.
