I fully agree, I should do the same way you did, but there is another
good way to get my funds back but first ill make a appeal to ebay

Buyer asked ebay to refund him although he refused to pick up the
parcel, and after his payment has been refunded by ebay (not by me) he
went to the post office and collected the parcel, in other words a
cheater / scammer! There is a another good way...
Yes I got shaft but there is another good way to get my mone back and I

ebay has notify me with remark that I have the right to file appeal
their decision, and I did so through a chat with their employee. I have
a full transcription and will include it in the lawsuit, in the mean
time we found out where to file a lawsuit...
I contacted the HK postal office through our post in Croatia six days
before the buyer has collected the parcel, we asked to stop the delivery
but in vain the post office in Hong Kong has delivered the parcel, the
same day after ebay refunded the buy...
