Restocking Fee?

Does anyone know how I can charge a restocking fee to returns? I've had several recently and it looks like ebay automatically refunds full purchase price automatically. Just wondering...

Does anyone even charge a restocking fee anymore? If a seller was pulling this on eBay for regular in-stock I wouldn't buy a thing from them. 

I could totally understand on stuff that was special order / custom.

Restocking fees @txsahmto4 have been forbidden since the 2018 Spring Update.

Streamlined returns policies

Starting in May 2018 ...

Restocking fees will no longer be a return option.

I have seen people write it in their description recently, but I think that is just an intimidation tactic to discourage returns.
