Recently I brought a item that didn’t like descriptions
So I dm the seller for claiming the refund (I didn’t open the returning and refunding page yet)

the seller did not replying first

Within hours I got my refunding
And the seller dm me a address ask me for returning
Is that safe ?do I actually need to do this?
Because the case is close I couldn’t claim the shipping fee
I do think it isn’t  fair that I need to pay the cost  for the seller mistake

soes everyone can suggest me what to do?

Tell the seller to send you a prepaid shipping label if they want their item back.

Just dm the dm wid to dm a label by dm first thing.

I forgot to mention I have already dm the seller ask about shipping fee

If they want their item back they will send you a label. Don't contact them anymore, wait for them to contact you.

the seller the contact me but still not give me the shipping label 

he said when the item arrived then can apply for a return fee 

I think he bull**bleep** me
