Printing return label after refunded

Received wrong item. Seller messaged that she realized the mistake.

Started inad.

Received email to print the return label.

Before I could do that received notice that I was refunded.

When I click the "print your label" tab, it has started, shipped is grayed out, and the end is refunded.

Don't know what happened.

Contact the seller and ask.  Maybe you were refunded but no return is required.

Sounds like the seller accidentally hit the 'refund buyer' button after they 'approved' a return, voiding the label. As stated by @krazzykats , contact seller and find out what their plan is to get you a 'return' label (which is to be paid for BY the seller for INAD returns)

Once they refunded you, the label will not be available.  They may have done that by mistake or they don't want to pay to get the item back so went ahead and refunded.

Seller might have realized it was going to cost more to pay return shipping and decided the item wasn't worth it, so they just refunded.

If they still want it back, they'll have to buy a shipping label somewhere else and send it to you.

Thank you for your quick response.  Did contact the seller. It is a $50.00 item and she would like it returned.

Thank you for responding. Think you may be correct about refunding too soon. Seller has a no returns accepted. But she admitted she sent to wrong item.

Thank you. That explains the problem. It is a $50.00 item so they probably want the item returned.

Thank you for responding.  I guess  it is now up to the seller to get a label. Will contact her.
