Partial return for item that didn't arrive

Hello, I purchased 2 items from the same seller around 2 weeks ago and since that time tracking has shown that the items are waiting for pickup. I've asked the seller when I can expect these items since they haven't been picked up yet.

They immediately refunded the net cost of the items saying that the package was probably lost in postage.

But they didn't refund me shipping costs and import fees which are almost 30GBP. I'm not able to contact customer support.. anyone had a similar case?

Re: Partial return for item that didn't arrive

Did you message the seller telling them they shorted you?

Import Fees were collected by ebay so if the buyer didn't 'cancel' the order and simply refunded you, those fees may not have been refunded as ebay was not a part of it.

Yes I did, they told me they processed a full refund and once I told them I received only partial refund this is the replay

"I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your refund. After looking into this I can see that this has been previously issued and should be visible on your ebay order page.If you have any further issues then I would suggest that you kindly contact ebay directly as they deal with an order's payment."

Sounds like rubbish to me; get them to tell you EXACTLY how much they refunded

Yep, that's why I want to talk with customer support but it would be a miracle if I'm able to contact a real person..

I already scheduled a call an hour ago - which had an estimated waiting time 1 minute
