Not able to do a return.

I started a return, posted ten photos but confirm return will not light up. Tried to contact ebay and keep getting sent back to where I was stuck. Wishing I bought off of Amazon AMAZING customer service!!!

How did you start the return and for what reason? We cannot see what you have bought or where you are in the process. The other buyers and sellers who help on the community boards would need more information in order to help, if we can. Did you open a return through the Money Back or other?

Amazon Returns are ONLY OK if you THEY house/ship the item. Since 40% of their items are from 3rd Parties, the returns there are no better than here. You have to deal with the individual seller at both places.

I returned something recently...had same issue...

Try typing something in the text box then put the cursor all the way to the left of the text box and press the back space button on keyboard.  When I did this the confirm button became active and I was able to proceed.

Seems like it's just a poor programming glitch.
