Once a return is closed it can't be reopened. You can try to open case through Money back guarantee as the item is not as described. Follow the instructions. If ebay does not allow you to open a case because you closed a return . Then your onlu option would be to file a chargeback through Paypal or Credit Card or bank. You have 180 days to do that from date of delivery.
