You need to either accept the return and pay return shipping or issue a refund letting the buyer keep the item free.
You're admitting that the item isn't as pictured.
Take your own pictures of the actual item!
EDIT: Nowhere in the listing does it even say that the picture is a stock (or otherwise obtained) photo.

Ebay doesn't care if you have a no return policy. If the buyer complains, they will still make you accept the return. All the buyer has to say is it isn't as described, and you lose.

getting a little return from a psychopath. that's wild he would stab it and slash it then leave the weapon in the picture. we gotta get this lunatic off the streets. no remorse for what has been done. I wouldn't want to get on this deranged slashers bad side so I would just do the refund when you get it back. it could have been a warning you know. a little intimidation tactic from the buyer.

Ebay's policy for an item not as described case trumps your no return policy.
If you don't accept the return, ebay will refund the buyer for you from your funds and let them keep the battery.

When it's returned, refund the buyer.
If you want, relist the item.
You want to use an image of the item your selling.

Yes this was clearly a case of Assault ON A Battery.

1. You need to have a picture of the actual item you are selling
2. No where in your listing does it say that the item pictured is not the item they will receive
3. Your no returns means diddly when buyer opens an INAD case
4. You will need to pay for a shipping label to get your item back
