Need to return a TV that won;t turn on

I have no way to take a picture(no camera or cell phone).  I need to return a TV to Pyle TV How can I do this without taking a picture.  I'm not a typist.  This is taking ne a long time to type this.

Have a relative with a cellphone to help you do this. It is not that hard and will help you resolve your issue. These days everyone knows someone who can help with such a task.

You also could copy & paste one of the listing photos into the claim.   [There’s really no way to ‘show’ in a photo that a TV can’t be turned on.]
