I had both my post removed because of a unfair eBay refund policy. Be aware that a buyer can open a INAD for any reason. eBay will grant refund no matter what at the seller expense.
Thank you

You do realize if that buyer reports the feedback you left him, Ebay will remove it and you will get sanctioned.

Yes, and it's a good idea for all sellers to read about the MG and how it works.
It is a violation of the feedback policy for a seller to leave negative comments in buyers feedback.
The buyer can report it and get it removed and hit you with a policy violation.

This isn’t only an eBay policy: pretty much all online commerce is at the mercy of credit card provider rules.
At least, through eBay’s SNAD process, you have a chance to receive your item back and avoid the $20 fee that comes with cc chargebacks.

Your other two posts were removed because your're spamming the boards. Make one post about the problem not several. And if a post has been removed ----well, read rule 12 in eBay board usage Rules of Engagement.
It's so very true eBay policy overrides your return policy. And the buyer's word trumps your word.
That's how it is and that's how it will always be.
Most buyers are honest but video cards, gaming items and electronics are one category that attracts scammers.
