Have you opened a return?

Does your return reason fall under the sellers return policy or eBay's money back guarentee?

If you opened a return, who was responsible for the label? Did the seller offer free returns or was your return reason a non remorse reason?

Go to your 'My Ebay' and hover

Click on 'Purchases'

Find that Purchase and on the right, you can click 'Other Actions' ...one of them is 'return'

Click that. Follow prompts.
