How to Schedule a FedEx Pickup for return? Is pickup free?

I just requested a return for "ordered by mistake". Seller pays for return shipping. The FedEx return label was created for me. On the label I see "BILL SELLER" and the label is for FedEx Home Delivery which is a ground shipping service.

Because the package is now at a freight forwarding company and they won't bother to drop the package to FedEx, I have to request FedEx to come to the forwarder's place to pick up. But is this FREE? It not, how much is the fee for a pickup and how to pay it? The forwarder won't pay cash on pickup for me. Can I pay upfront online? Or the fee will be charged to the seller?

After read all the info. on

https://www.fedex.com.cn/en-us/customer-support/how-to/schedule-a-pickup.html

I am still confused. It says "Additionally, on-call pickup charges do not apply to FedEx SmartPost® Print Return Label, FedEx SmartPost® EMail Return Label and FedEx Ground® Package Returns Program pickups." —— Since this is a return shipping and the label is for FedEx Home Delivery which is a ground shipping service, the on-call pickup charges won't apply meaning pickup is free?

Any one can help me for how to request pickup and if fees will be charged and how to pay fees, if you have past experience? Thank you so much!

Fedex will take a pickup when they are making a delivery.    That assumes they make a delivery in that time frame.   But no, pickup is not free.  It's about 15.00.   Might even be more now.

I find the return pickup is free. We can request return here:
