Am wondering how to go about to may be able to get back "lost" items with Tracking#´s.
Ok, here´s the thing, and I hope someone can actually understand what I mean.
Back some months ago, I was selling a number of items on Ebay, which was shipped with Tracking #´s.
After some time, everything went as can be imagined with these items and so on and buyer got his kick as to not received items story and everything and seller got his as per as we know it and how things is as per the story ususally goes for most Sellers and so on. We all, for the most part know this side of the story as to how it goes, of course.
But the thing these days now is: Have been in touch with Customer Services both on Phone and Email and been trying to get them to search and to find these items with Tracking #´s that is "lost", and seems to be stuck somewhere, and seems to be "nowhere to be found".
I need now to get this case to the next step to reclaim this so-called "lost" & "nowhere to be found" items.
Am wondering - is there someone around here that is having some kind of experience with such things as this, that can give me some tips to think and ask about regarding issues like this that can be of importance to take into consideration, when taking this next step thing?
I hope I have made meself understandable and hope for some positive answers in return, what can one "do" to get this reclaimed. If at all any chance.
