How DO I Refund a Buyer?

This is the 1st time I'll be doing a refund now that Paypal's out of the picture and I can't figure it out.

In case this makes a difference:  The buyer returned the item via the refund label I sent.

you shoud go to sellers hub and look at the orders column on the left side

its next to the label section and its also where the resolution center is

both of these shortcuts were recently removed from the smaller orders tab into the larger order column

you can just click on the return center and refund from there,it will probably say "time to refund" if the tracking shows you have it now
