Hi all. I do most of my selling on poshmark and fairly new to ebay. Dealing with my first return on a shirt that the buyer seems to have damaged. From my understanding ebay is always on the buyer’s side and since they are claiming item not as described, and I had it set on no returns, i’m pretty much out of luck. So I accepted the return request and will have to pay their return shipping. My question is…do I have to manually send the buyer a return label? On my end it says return label was sent to buyer so did it automatically send it once I clicked on the discounted ebay label? The buyer is now silent for 2 days and has not shipped the item back to me yet. Am I missing something here??

Hi @floraldaisy2 . When you approved the eBay return label it was automatically generated and a link was sent to the buyer. The buyer will have the option to either print the label or get a QR code the carrier can scan and print the label for them.
You have nothing left to do until/unless the buyer ships the item back.

Nope, you got it. One chance, often but not always sellers never get around to returning items. You might get lucky.

Maybe you're missing that the buyer gets like forever + one day to send it. But if it doesn't come back, don't refund.
