Here's my problem.
I returned an item to a seller using their return label, and when entering the tracking number FEDEX# 3920 6287 4803 it clearly shows it was accepted, and signed for, yet the Ebay return feature does not show it was returned. I only have a couple more days before it defaults to me missing the return window.
I fear I will lose my refund.
What can I do?

As long as you used the shipping label supplied by either eBay or the seller … you will be refunded.
If for some reason you are not refunded by eBay … then contact your payment source, supply the return tracking number, and request a chargeback.

This is a situation where I would say contact Ebay directly through Chat box and speak to an agent. If the tracking number shows accepted and signed for an Ebay agent would figure that out. They would need to create a ticket for you.

Does the tracking from the seller appear in the return case on ebay? If yes, ur fine as ebay will have that as part of the file. If no, get it added to the case ASAP.
