Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. I purchased what was advertised as an authentic collectible plushie two weeks ago. The seller provided photos of an authentic item, yet sent me a bootleg from China instead of their listed shipping location in AZ. I was provided no tracking and want to return the item I received if needed. I used a guest account, which has complicated my return. I put in a request for return despite their "no returns policy", as they sent me not only something other that what I ordered but a counterfeit (I have reported this but that doesn't help here), and eBay policy states I should be refunded.
I got a reply to my returns request from the seller and it was not even a complete sentence, just the incorrect name of the plushie in Spanish. Now when I go to my order details eBay glitches and I can't even contact support about my request.
I just want my money back but I can't get in touch with an agent as I am getting error messages now. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get eBay involved? Again, I am also having trouble as while I have my order number and details, as it was not on my account the purchase is not in my history and is complicating things further. Thanks for any advice.

Have you filed a not as described case? You have to log out of eBay and log in as a guest. Do you have the emails from that order? If so that will have the item number and you can access it with that.

I will look into that. Thank you for the advice! I do have all my records of the purchase, reference numbers, etc. I was able to finally get my original request to stop glitching (I think it was a site error), so I will continue through that avenue first and try this if I don't get anywhere with my original request. Thanks!

If you have an active case open, it will show that. If not there will be an option return this item. Choose that and select not as described for the reason.
Guest purchases are more trouble for returns.
