I just don’t understand why eBay can’t provide proper support like other websites. Think about the number of people buying and selling there every day—it must be among the top 10 e-commerce platforms. They take a significant chunk of every sale as fees, but what are they doing with all that money?
They been doing this for a long time and I don't think they understand how easy is to make customers go away and don't look back . What are the opinions now other than eBay ?

when you first replied I did agreed with you and even had as the best answer
but the whole point here and the reason to posting in the first place was because I do think that eBay has a poor customer service you like or not that's my opinion bottom line I don't understand why the hate here. there is no more free speech in this country ? I wasn't disrespectful.

As far as I can see, you're the only one "hating" and being disrespectful in this discussion. Everybody else offered genuine help and advice for the problem you're dealing with. Nobody here defended how difficult it can be to deal with customer support. In fact, I'd say most of us have experienced how difficult it can be to deal with customer support even when there is buyer or seller protection, let alone when there isn't buyer or seller protection.
I understand you don't like the answer that your transaction is not covered by eBay buyer protection policies, but we're not the ones that wrote the policy and we're not involved with the seller that's giving you a problem, so there's no reason to take your frustrations out on us.
I suggest dealing with eBay CS directly since you're not happy with the advice you're receiving here.
Good luck.

that's what you do ? you don't have anything to sell on eBay now at least and just come here to try help others ?
check your response and the others as well do you call that normal ? for a person that came here just to provide help ? like I said let people read this and make their mind . There is a huge difference and the last thing some of you did was trying to help. Looks like you guys are protecting some how and bullying people against to ..

I have several selling accounts. I'm smart enough to protect those accounts from malicious purchases by angry posters. Hence, the numerous "posting IDs" you'll see on this forum.

I never suggest dealing with Ebay CS directly. Here's my latest encounter (just two days ago). After two hours on the phone (because you are dealing with intentional dysfunction) it got to where I was told to submit some documentation and add a comment. Well, you can see the comment I added. Then the next day I get the response shown. HAs zero to do with the issue. Simply cut and paste some nonsense and likely never read the actual submission. So I reply and of course no reply allowed. So problem solved by banishing it to oblivion.

Just to be clear about one thing....Ebay has the worst customer service one can ever experience from a major corporation. It is so pathetically impotent and has been this way for years that it is quite surely intentional.
