I have opened a return case for a counterfit item (Samsung Buds 3 Pro which are clearly counterfit). The seller has accepted the return and the case now says "The seller let us know that they sent a return label. If you haven't received it by now, contact the seller.".
I've contacted the seller but there has been no response.
How do I progress this? The only option on the return case are "Add tracking details" and "Contact seller". There is no option to ask eBay to step in.

I'd suggest you contact eBay on a social media platform to see if you can get some clarity.
I use facebook/ebay, and have found them very helpful for such snafus.
