I bought an XBox One from a bit of everything _LLC and the controller will not work at all. They refuse to message me back. I looked up their address and it is up for sale. Any suggestions on how i can dispute this and get a refund. They refuse a refund it says. Do not buy anything from them. BBB is gonna hear about them. TY

You will be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Read it and open up a return request based on your issue. Don't stress!

I seriously doubt your seller is a member of the BBB.

Exactly!
This is an easy one for sure! Read the eBay MBG and act within your time frame to return your purchase!

File a return case which would be a "not as describe." You are given a 30 day money back guarantee. They can't refuse a return for refund within the 30 day time frame. As-Is No refunds does not exist anymore. If the item isn't described correctly Ebay forces a return. I wouldn't waste time contacting the BBB. Instead leave proper feedback on Ebay.

They finally replied back to me once i told them i am gonna file MBG. They are gonna send a replacement. I just have to return the defective one once i get the return label and print it out. TY everyone for your replies.

With any exchanges or returns, make sure you open up a dispute, so everything is documented within the eBay system for your protection. Many sellers may try to encourage you that they will handle the exchange without opening up a dispute but understand you may lose your MBG protection if you don't.
Understanding how to use the eBay MBG is key for your protection.
Good luck

Hi @Anonymous
DO NOT accept a replacement … ONLY a full refund. Then you can repurchase the item if you wish … or buy it from another seller.
The problem with a replacement is that it could be shipped late (or not at all) … or it could also be defective when received. You could easily be delayed past the time limit allowed by eBay to use the MBG.

No, do not accept a replacement! Open a INAD case and do not close for any reason

After many attempts they are going to replace the item.

They are going to try and run you past point of opening a case or they will talk you into closing a case.
