Hello,
I am very worried right now as I believe I am being scammed. I recently sold a very expensive Rolex Watch to a buyer and the watch arrived today (7/28) and within 1-2 hours the buyer filed a claim indicating the watch was not inside the package. The link to the item is below:

I sold the watch to an international buyer who had 1,172 feedback (however, as we know you can puchase eBay accounts or maybe he wants to throw his reputation away). The buyer's profile is: https://www.ebay.com/usr/no1wins
The buyer also has shifted names multiple times and won't pickup his phone.
Anyway, I have documented proof and video recording of me packaging the watch which can be seen here:

The drop off receipt (top tracking #)

My question is just simply asking what to do from here? I was told that this is a possibility of happening on eBay but I trusted this buyer because of their feedback. Furthermore I try to take precautions such as recording the boxing process. I have shipped thousands of packages with FedEx and I haven't had a single problem with a missing content or open package. What will eBay do from here to protect my sale? I always assumed selling on eBay was generally safe.
I tried calling the buyer almost 10 times and they didn't answer. Furthermore, their phone number is linked on Google as "Scam/Spammer" phone number and I didn't check this prior to shipping.
They are located in Canada so it makes it a bit harder to trace/locate them but I will do whatever I can to win this. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Can anyone offer any advice?
Thank you sincerely,
Collin

Ebay will refund the buyer that claims that the package was empty because of their money back guarantee for buyers.
There really is not any proof that you can show ebay or law enforcement or courts that the buyer received or did not receive (EDIT) the watch. All you can prove is that you mailed "something" and the buyer received "something". From a legal perspective, whatever you videotaped could be changed or edited in the gap between when you stopped filming and mailed a box.
I don't doubt your story at all but the reality is ebay protocol will refund the buyer by default. I think you can appeal for whatever that's worth. Good luck
