Buyer Requests Refund ...

Shipped item to Florida. Delivered. Buyer requested to return.  Had item two weeks. Reason was "ordered by mistake." Ebay said I do not have to accept the return.

In the comments he wrote, "The problem is that the parcel company informs me that for a week Argentine customs has not authorized any more used products."

I did nothing ... Today he messaged me again. Said if I write NEW on the customs form he will be able to get it.

First of all, I never had a customs form ... it only went to Florida. I had no idea it was going anywhere else. Not understanding why he wouldn't ask the forwarder to write new on a customs form.

So if I decline, what happens?

Re: Buyer Requests Refund ...

If you don't accept returns, you can deny the return.

Or you could accept the return and the buyer would have to figure out some way to return it.

Have a great day.
