Need to generate a return label for a customer who rec'd the wrong item

Hello!  I accidentally sent the wrong item to a customer.  He ordered a "waiter" and paid for it with shipping.  I accidentally sent a "skater".  He wants to return the skater (still listed) and I want to generate a return label with FedEx discounts, then send him the electronic shipping label.  Can't find a way to do this.  I already sent the right item to him.  Can anyone help?

If they didn't file an INAD, buy a label somewhere and send it to them.

Have a great day.

If the buyer files a not as described return request @anicept you can purchase a return label through the request. eBay offers USPS return labels exclusively. If you purchased the original outbound label through eBay, the rate for the return label should match what you paid for the outbound label.

Another option is to purchase a label outside of eBay and send it to the buyer.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
