Hi everyone! Thanks for joining us for the Weekly Chat with eBay Staff. We don't have a specific topic this week, so feel free to share any general buying or selling questions you may have.
The chat thread will remain open until 2 PM PT at which point we'll close it from additional responses. After that time, we'll continue to work on responding to any queries that might still be unanswered.
To post your question, click Reply in the lower right corner of this post, type your question, and hit submit between 1-2 PM Pacific Time. The format of our chat mirrors the format of our Community Discussion Boards, where each post will appear in the thread chronologically. The Community Team will review each question as it comes in, and will quote the original question in our reply. This quote and the reply will appear later in the thread, so just keep scrolling down to see our answers.
Missed the chat? Send your questions to the podcast by calling 888-723-4630 or email us at podcast@ebay.com and maybe your questions will make it on the air! Or listen to past episodes while you wait for next Wednesday!

you dont need to leave feedback .
You need to report the seller for abusing the cancel policy by using the customer requested wrongly.

Hi @terrisattictreasures - the reason you are not able to leave feedback is because the order was cancelled with the reason you mentioned. If there was not a problem with your address, and you did not request the cancellation it sounds like this member may have send the cancellation with the incorrect reason code.
If you haven't done so already I'd recommend reporting this incident for us to review - you can do so by using this link and choosing "Seller violated one of eBay's policies", then "Seller doesn't want to complete the sale" and providing their user id and additional details of the interaction on the form. While we won't be able to provide you updates on what action we take - we do use your reports to review and take appropriate action on members who violate our policies.
Thanks!

What is with eBay's fraudulent billing practices? I tried talking to CS, but still have no answer to what this email means about random missed charges I am getting hit for. If you are going to charge or credit me random amounts you owe me an invoice to go with it. If I don't get an answer soon I may just take eBay to small claims court for a random amount that happens to be the maximum allowed in my area...
@gwzcomps @bimmerpc1 That's a good question. I don't have any information immediately available, but I will pass along this feedback. If I get more details then I'll update you in this thread.

Hi - PLEASE HELP. I just today got booted off the ebay classic view for sellers. i am using older technology -- which includes a smaller monitor. in the classic view, i was able to scan a single page and view most things without scrolling -- including all my best-offers -- both, current and past (via manage all offers). this was CRITICAL for me to help understand who was interested in what listings at what prices. by using the classic view, i was able to list and sell 3 items in just 2 days. but now, i cannot even seem to view what items have had offers and at what price.
if i am missing something, please help there!!
however, just as important... i MISSED an offer yesterday because my phone didn't notify me of an offer. that has been going on for a while now. it's android in case it matters. the buyer made me an offer, and when i finally noticed it about 1.5 - 2 hrs later, the buyer had cancelled the offer and bought from someone else. 😞
that should be fixed... and we need a way to get on and view all offers anyway -- including past -- without going into each item.
please help. thanks!

Hello @c.b. - We removed the classic 'All selling' page from where it was because it was outdated and based on old code. We have moved this page into Seller Hub, our most advanced tool for experienced sellers. On the new All Selling page you can find:
You can view this by going to 'Listings' tab in Seller Hub and selecting 'All Selling'.
There can be several things going on when notifications aren't being received on your phone. I would recommend checking out this article from our app team on things you can do to trouble shoot and if you still aren't receiving them, please post to the Android board and tag mobile_app_help so they a can assist.
