You gave me the go-ahead, but eBay gave me a red warning... so I just saved the draft again.
Should I just use 'Sell Now' from another seller's listing?

Not only do we not want counterfeit items on our platform, allowing counterfeit items to be sold poses significant risk to the health of our platform, and serious legal ramifications. Please report any concerns you see so we can keep the site a safe place to buy and sell.
Dangerous counterfeit electronics run rampant on eBay. I can report till I am blue in the face. I made a post to supply in my report to provide evidence. A lot of the scammers have TRS protections they can abuse to hide what they are doing. Many of my customers have been scammed by these counterfeits. I think I am going to buy some of the batteries I need and take your bet.

Open tickets mean very little to any sellers any more as Ebay seems more concerned about implementing what makes them more money than fixing a worn out broken site.

Hi @ensus2015, if this has an impact on your account, we can review that impact and make necessary adjustments. Contacting Customer Service to have examples reported or added to an existing investigation is also an option. Once we've identified the scope of a technical issue like this, we will be able to automatically apply protections to anyone impacted.

My intent was not accusatory, just curiosity. I wasn't aware of which responsibilities were whose. And I certainly understand implementing one little change can set off a domino effect, and I know that's why Beta testing is so important but doesn't always identify everything.

And Tyler, Please don't take it personally as this has nothing to do with you.
It has to do with the Senior Management and the staff they control that seem to not fix what is broken but want new stuff that is not needed.
Maybe they get a % if they can improve Ebay's bottom line so just getting their salary to do what they are supposed to do means little.

Hello eBay, I sell new replenishable goods on eBay. All of my items are listed on Shopify, eBay, and Bonanza. When I do a google shopping search I see my items from Shopify and Bonanza but none of my eBay listings appear. Even if I put eBay in the google search I get nothing.
What changes do I need to make to get my eBay listings searchable by Google?

The email responses I get certainly don't sound like they are aware there is a problem and they don't seem to be adding me to a list/ticket.

I know this topic has come up before, but it would be very helpful if you could tell us which open ticket you're referring to at any given time.
For example, I've been following this discussion about handling time errors in listings, but it's not clear whether that is the same issue as the one reported about "Same Day Shipping" being displayed on listings that actually have one or more days of Handling time, or listings that are Local Pickup Only with no shipping promised at all.
In the past, we have been told that case numbers are an internal or proprietary matter, but I cannot see why that should be. It's just common sense to have a case number to refer to when providing additional information, or (especially) when asking for progress updates on a previously-reported case.
