and it already has affected my account - took my tracking uploaded on time percentage from 100% to 91% and I'm projected to drop to above average from top seller.

Probably pointless to bring up but the eBay shipping system is still randomly mismarking commercial addresses as residential. I have complained about this problem for several years with no luck. FedEx has verified that the mismarking is not a problem with their system. Their system has verified in every case that it was a commercial address. FedEx technical support has said this has to do with how eBay's systems communicate with FedEx. This problem is bad for buyers, seller, and eBay on many levels. The one eBay CS rep that verified I was right about the problem disappeared off the face of the earth.
A quick verification of 373090621700 will prove it is a commercial address despite how eBay marked it residential when shipped.@gwzcomps I've sent this feedback to our shipping team for review. Thanks!
Is there any way to get any real change? Literally this has been an issue for years now. If sellers are using calculated shipping it would skew the rates causing buyers to consider a different site. The delivery dates/time for residential are different. Leaving a package outside a closed business over the weekend doesn't seem very buyer oriented like eBay claims to be. Wrong delivery times would cause unnecessary delays for the recipient. I forget what other issues I would point out. I used to have a whole list written down. I haven't pushed this problem recently but I used to call quite a bit about it.

Hello eBay, I sell new replenishable goods on eBay. All of my items are listed on Shopify, eBay, and Bonanza. When I do a google shopping search I see my items from Shopify and Bonanza but none of my eBay listings appear. Even if I put eBay in the google search I get nothing.
What changes do I need to make to get my eBay listings searchable by Google?

@maxoptical we recently provided steps sellers can take to help items appear in Google Shopping. You'll find that information here 🙂

Thank you Trinton -
I don't mean to be short with you - I've been dealing with CS on this since the weekend and am about ready to
pull my hair out. lol
Would it be possible for you to pm me so I can give you my selling account, which is the account affected by this? And you could add me to the ticket?
The email responses I get certainly don't sound like they are aware there is a problem and they don't seem to be adding me to a list/ticket.
I would really appreciate if you could.
Hi @ensus2015, while I don't have private messages turned on, I can send you an email to the address on file for the account you are posting with and you can share more information through that conversation.

Hi @ensus2015, a projected drop to your seller performance would not be an impact that has already happened. If you have been impacted, which is to say, if you have already experienced a negative impact, then Customer Service can review for adjustments. Otherwise we do ask for your patience while we investigate for a fix and to apply protections automatically.

Hi @papermoneyforme - this is a known issue that's being worked on.
If you haven't been added to the open ticket please let me know and I'll reach out for more details to get that done.
I know this topic has come up before, but it would be very helpful if you could tell us which open ticket you're referring to at any given time.
For example, I've been following this discussion about handling time errors in listings, but it's not clear whether that is the same issue as the one reported about "Same Day Shipping" being displayed on listings that actually have one or more days of Handling time, or listings that are Local Pickup Only with no shipping promised at all.
In the past, we have been told that case numbers are an internal or proprietary matter, but I cannot see why that should be. It's just common sense to have a case number to refer to when providing additional information, or (especially) when asking for progress updates on a previously-reported case.
Hi @a_c_green - that's good feedback for us on the team to be a bit more clear when replying to posts, we can work on that!.
When it comes to providing ticket or other internal tech issue numbers it's not done for a number of reasons, but mainly it's about limiting confusion for both you and CS (I know that sounds bizarre, bear with me).
If, for example, I come to a thread and say that there's a tech issue and its call number is XYZ - that works great for the OP. However, when someone else finds it and happens to be experiencing something similar but not identical it may cause confusion when that person contacts CS and requests to by added to XYZ when in fact the real issue is ABC.
Thanks!
