Hello everyone,
Join us today at 1 PM Pacific time to discuss your general buying and selling questions. This week tyler@ebay, brian@ebay and myself will be detained for the first half of the chat, but rest assured we will join as soon as possible. All questions will be reviewed and while the chat will close at the normal time (2 PM Pacific Time), we will continue to work on responses after that point.
Looking forward to hearing from everybody!

One last rehash from long ago:
Order Details on Purchase History page need to be available further back. As of now, you can't see them beyond 60 days. They need to be available for at least a year. They also need to be more detailed including things like coupons or discounts applied. We should be able to see exactly what calculates the total that matches the charge card statement.
Hi @chrysylys - thanks for not carrying this torch! More information for longer is definitely a valid request. While we do keep sales records for up to 90 days with Seller Hub and Selling Manager/Pro, anything further back from that is purged. Ultimately it's a storage issue, but I will make the suggestion. 🙂

This one started a couple years ago but the last posts are recent:
Hi @muttlymob,
I've looked into this further, and this appears to be a known technical issue that we're working to fix. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I think my previous question may have gotten lost in the shuffle.
Is the FedEx DIM calculation denominator of 166 OFFICIAL? Has that been agreed upon by FedEx? Or is it just an eBay calculation error (that will subsequently cause a price adjustment by FedEx when packages are reassessed)?
Thanks!
Hi @mangorunner, so sorry we missed your questions! I can confirm that the divisor for Ground/Home Delivery and SmartPost is 166. If you have any specific questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service to look over the details.
