This is NOT about sizes, Brian. This is a change of design to sizes that are remaining in the line. Please read the details of my post.
Hi @rosevelyn@, sorry I didn't get to your question. GIven that this chat is only open for an hour, I wasn't able to fully review the thread you linked to in your previous post. Feel free to @mention us in that thread with your specific question and we'll be happy to review it in more detail.

Hello - Transaction vs Unique Sale Question
According to eBay "A Transaction is a unique sale to one buyer. You could sell ten items in one sale, but it would count as only one transaction."
When I review my seller dashboard and the specific percentages and numbers associated with each seller standard, that statement does NOT hold true. An example - if you get a shipping related defect that displays 6 transactions were not uploaded in time/receive carrier scan...the reported transactions associated with the defect number and % are NOT looked at as transactions. They are regarded as unique sales, thereby causing a drop in your rating for that specific category.
This becomes rather complex, however, there is a % you must receive under this category in order to qualify for guaranteed delivery early opt in and opting in currently.
This is a baseline question for a much larger topic/discussion board topic. I will leave it at and await your reply.
Thank you.
Hi @forgood2go, while I can't go into specific details here publicly, it does appear that the details on your Seller Dashboard indicate defects for transactions that are unrelated to one another. I believe the reference you are making to the way we define a transaction is specifically for how we calculate a seller's Feedback Percentage, and would not be the same when we are reviewing defects or late shipments recorded on a seller's account. Each individual payment from a buyer would be considered a different transaction and recorded appropriately.

Hi.
There have been several discussions on the board of previously sold items being resold again and no one having any idea how that is happening. This issue has gone on for a while based on the history of said posts. I for one can also confirm that has happened to me several times.
I am curious what the official, transparent process is for the reporting and handling of defects and bugs. And once the defects are reported, what is the service level/time frame on confirming said defect and implementing a fix? As someone who does this exact job for a company also based in the valley, I find it troubling that the reported issues users are experiencing are either a) not being reported b) not being fixed or c) being deflected by dev as not a defect or d) shrugged off. Honestly, it is hard for me to tell which would be the answer, since there is no transparancy around this.
I am sure as these issues are posted on the board, there are many on here who would work directly with dev to give them logs or specific item numbers to assist in determining the root cause. I was just using the magical relisted items bug as an example.
Hi @wamegun - the proper process to report or appeal transaction defects is to contact customer support. If approved typical turnaround time on a defect removal is up to a week depending on when the batch processes.
While our team reviews the boards proactively to clarify process, gather insight and report growing issues to the proper teams we don't have a way to tell you an expected SLA on a resolution as it depends on multiple factors like team resources, overall volume on the issue and root cause.
Thanks!

USPS rates increase Sunday. Soooooooo.....all Friday, Saturday & Sunday transactions will automatically calculate to the rate at which they'll actually ship on Monday, right? 🙄
Hi @dcintennessee - just wanted to let you know I heard back from the Shipping team who confirmed that the new USPS rates will be automatically updated at 12:01 am on the 21st.
They also confirmed that labels printed on Friday or Saturday can be handed to USPS on Monday and it would still be accepted even if the postage was at 2017 rates. The important thing is the date on the label, not the day it's tendered to the Post Office. So if you printed labels for your orders on Saturday evening you shouldn't have an issue when you drop them off on Monday.
Special thanks to @mam98031 & @partial*eclipse for getting me similar information on this too!
