1. you cannot refund customer because the paypal no longer shows

2. you cannot turn off unpaid item cases

3. you cannot print additional labels

not all listings but most listings have this problem

view order details page is missing along with everything else

cancel order, resolve a problem, print label, see paypal transaction

all are gone makes business very difficult

And that link stinks because I then have to scroll and scroll and scroll trying to find the item I need to address.... It was so simple and now it is perhaps the worst set of changes eBay has EVER forced upon the user. I have been here since 1999 and have never experienced such an increase of keyboard and mouse usage to get even Feedback accomplished. Pathetic waste of my time.
