What is going on with eBay? Getting them on the phone these past two
weeks has been a nightmare, and even then, my problem of not getting
Sold emails for over a month remains unsolved. Have they gone to hell?
And that link stinks because I then have to scroll and scroll and scroll
trying to find the item I need to address.... It was so simple and now
it is perhaps the worst set of changes eBay has EVER forced upon the
user. I have been here since 1999 and...
This is the worst change in years!!! So many more steps just to leave
feedback and if it stays, I, for one, will stop leaving any FB for
anything. What are they thinking, or are they thinking at all.
Are you sure the change (loss) of Item Details was not done on purpose
to force us to use the Seller Hub for things like Leaving Feedback which
I must say is quite a pain the butt to use, requiring scrolling and
scrolling and squinting to find the it...
U have not gotten Sold emails from eBay for over a month, save four that
showed up during week two and three, and those that did all had Quantity
Remaining as 9, none of which was correct. Also, have reported this 5
times, with no successes, on hold ...
